Overview

Aeras ("we", "us") is built by a small team that believes your health data belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we store, and what we never touch.

What we collect

Device region and language so we can localize the app.

Approximate location (city level) to produce your pollen forecast. You can also enter a location manually.

Purchase information from the App Store to verify your subscription.

Anonymous crash reports if you opt in.

Your symptom diary

Everything you log in the symptom tracker — sneezing, itchy eyes, fatigue, medication notes — is stored on your device only. We never upload it to our servers. You can export it as CSV or delete it instantly from Settings.

No ads, no trackers, no data sales

Aeras contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no behavioral analytics, and we never sell or share your data with data brokers. The app ships with the minimum set of frameworks needed to function.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws worldwide, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Because your symptom diary is stored on-device, you can exercise all of these rights yourself from the Settings screen. For any account-level request, contact [email protected].
